Segment Responses with Wisdom Plugins in Hubs

When a Wisdom plugin is added to a Hub, the plugin should only respond using content that the current user has access to. This will be a default toggle on the Wisdom Plugin settings in Hubs.

YouTube Hashtags import as Content Tags

Please add the feature/option for hashtags in YouTube captions, import as content tags. I tagged my content as I created it and uploaded it to YouTube with some hashtags. I’d imagined these to be content tags when I imported them into Membership.io, but it didn’t happen automatically. Now I need to go through the content and figure out the content tags all over again. Time consuming and boring. There needs to be another way. Please.

Rich Text - Enhance the text options when creating community posts

I'm probably a little bit biased for how much I use Notion (and I’m coming from Circle) but the options include in the post creation process seem a bit limited. If we could add other "basic" blocks in each of the posts (typically chosen by typing the forward slash key / to bring up the options) that would allow us and our community members to have a similar feeling and flexibility to create more engaging posts. I've attached a screenshot of what's available in Circle (similar in notion as well or even what’s available on this feedback platform would be a good start )

Directory Categories

The directory feature is great, but without a way to contact people it is missing some features. The ability to share contact info in your directory profile (or message people) would be awesome. We have a lot of members that wonder what the point of the directory is without the ability to share contact information or use it to direct message each other. Thank you for considering.

Introducing daily or weekly digest emails for the Discussions feature

My Users are very active in the Discussion Forums - So much so that over the few months I have had the forums enabled, one user has already received 1200 emails, one for every reply other users have made to each thread they are involved in. This is way too verbose, and we need to have the option to set the default from emailing about every notification, to either a daily or weekly summary. Perhaps, overridable by the users in their account settings… However, I think as a company, you should always work from the membership owners configuration first, and then the users config. So don’t make options that we can’t chose the default for :)

Completed Moves to the end of the playlist

It would be awesome if, once something is completed, it automatically moves to the end of the playlist (for that person) so that the first item in the playlist is always the next video they need to watch.

Stripe FREE TRIAL period function to work with Membership.io

Stripe currently has ability to allow Free Trial period for Subscriptions but Searchie does not pull this through on the product integrations. So there is no simple way to allow Trial periods. No simple work-around works. It works on other platforms (e.g. Kajabi).

100% off coupons for one time payments

The ability to generate a 100% off coupon code for one-time payments is not currently supported. This was apparently a Stripe limitation that has since been resolved according to Stripe. This feature is very useful for testing, providing to speakers and other professionals, and for draws, giveaways, and prizes. I request that this feature be added.

I want to give my members ONE journal prompt a day. I would like to create a ton of them and tag each of them with a date. Then, create a playlist so that only one item shows up in the playlist each day, whichever one matches today’s date.

Configure Audience Filtering to return 'Unknown'

Audience Filtering for 'Is not true' currently does not return 'Unknown'. Case: Mandatory GDPR Audience Attribute = ‘unknown’ when the free account is created but not finalised due to onboarding not being completed. Accounts are created using the email address after step 1 of the registration process and before Audience attributes (password, name, questions) are shown. Issue: Filtering for ‘Is not true’ only looks for ‘false’. Segmenting using a filter for ‘unknown’ gives clarity on those who have 'not opted-in' to compulsory GDPR attributes and need actioning.
