Canva Integration in Hub Customizer: The ability to load existing Video Thumbnails from Searchie to Canva will be a nice to have feature

While customizing Hub, there is an option for every video to edit its thumbnail.

We currently support Canva for creating thumbnails and importing them to Searchie; but, there is no option to push existing thumbnails from Searchie to Canva, edit/modify them, and then pull that modified image back as the video thumbnail to Searchie.

So, it will be useful to upload the existing thumbnails to Canva, let the user modify the image there, and then import that modified image back to Searchie as the Video thumbnail.
