As an owner of the Hub, I want to set permissions for who in my membership is allowed to post in a particular space. This could be accomplished with Community Roles, Segments, or some other default permission settings. Phase 1 <ul><li>Allow only admins &amp; moderators to post</li><li>Allow everyone to post</li><li>Don’t allow anyone to post</li></ul>Phase 2<ul><li>Allow a specific segment or community role to post</li></ul>
